Parsippany is a very nice town located about 30 miles west of New York City, in the heart of Morris County where Interstate 80 & 287 intersect, providing a great commuter location for it's residents with easy access to plenty of commuting options.  If you like shopping, although there is no 'downtown Parsippany' there is tons of shopping & dining options in the area and the Lake Hiawatha section which does have a bit of a downtown and a number of eateries.

Parsippany has a top rated school system and was rated #5 in Money Magazine's Best Places to Live in 2016, and #33 in 2017.   There are plenty of job opportunities in the area and unemployment is very low.

Lake Parsippany is a nice lake community located near the center of town.

The real estate market has been hot in Parsippany lately with strong buyer demand which has kept the market and prices moving upwards in 2018.
